Lohiya Viklang Seva Samiti (LVSS) is a non-governmental organisation based in Godda district of Jharkhand, a State in India. It was founded on September 18, 1996, in the memory of great Indian socialist leader Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya, and registered as a society on February 20, 1997. LVSS primarily cares for children with autism, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, multiple disability, slow learners, hearing loss and voice disorder. It also cares for old age people.

Deaf Dumb and MR Residential School

Deaf Dumb and Mentally Retarded Residential School Cum Resource Centre is running from the academic session 2012-13. The centre offers two courses: D.Ed.Spl.Ed(IDD) with intake capacity of 35 and D.Ed.Spl.Ed(HI) with intake capacity of 35.

Shakuntala Nursing College

Shakuntala Nursing College is running at Godda since the academic session 2018-19. Recognised by the Jharkhand Nursing Council for running ANM course, the college has 60 seats for the academic session 2024-25.
